The accommodation is suitable for 2 adults only, and is available for short term stays. In keeping with our small collection of holiday let properties, this apartment is in "just the best location" in the heart of Stockbridge in Edinburgh. This is an ideal base for a city break in Edinburgh. The apartment comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, bedroom with super-king size bed and a bathroom with shower and small bathtub. The apartment has its own private main door and is a lower ground basement flat.
The beautiful Inverleith Park and Royal Botanical Garden are both a short walk from the flat. Stockbridge was recently declared as the most desirable place to live in Scotland by The Sunday Times. It’s famous weekly Sunday market is hugely popular with the locals and offers a range of gourmet street food stalls and arts and crafts. Stockbridge itself is home to many artisan coffee shops, bars and restaurants and many old Scottish Pubs offering craft beers and excellent food. St Stephen Street contains a great mix of all of the above along with boutiques, art galleries and shops.

Clarence Street is 15 minutes walk from Princes Street, where you can catch a tram to the airport within 45 minutes, so one hour door to door on public transport. Bus no 23 and 27 from Dundas Street (5 min walk) to up via Princes Street to the Royal Mile and beyond to the South side of the City. Controlled permit parking (zone 5A) - parking is very expensive in Edinburgh! There are no parking restrictions at the weekend and you can park in the permit holders' spaces and on single yellow lines. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm you can only park in Pay and Display bays; outside those hours weekend rules apply. The nearest on street parking without restrictions is on East Fettes Avenue, which is a 15 min walk.
